Website Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This notice covers the pontio.app website — the waitlist, the contact form, and site analytics. Pontio is preparing a local-services marketplace for Bucharest, Romania; the mobile app is not yet publicly launched. A complete privacy policy covering the app and the operating legal entity will replace this notice before launch.

2. What we collect and why

• Waitlist: your email address (and, if you provide them, your role, category interest, and location), so we can contact you about early access. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Contact form: your name, email, and message, so we can reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Campaign attribution: if you arrive via one of our links, standard campaign parameters (UTM) are kept in your browser's localStorage and stored with your signup, so we know which channel brought you. No cross-site tracking.
• Bot protection: form submissions are verified by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.

3. Analytics — no cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving measurement tool. It sets no cookies, stores no identifiers on your device, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across sites. We see only aggregate statistics (page views, referrers, countries). Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is processed, no consent banner is required.

4. Where your data lives

Waitlist and contact submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 (Cloudflare, Inc. acts as our processor). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and you may withdraw waitlist consent at any time — write to us via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
